We needed our sewer and water lines replaced due to multiple root problems in the original sewer line. Dawson was great about giving us our options and letting us know the costs upfront. They seemed to do a thorough job of connecting the system to our home and the city’s sewer line. The crew did a nice job of smoothing out the dirt from the excavation of our lawn. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Fixed gas pipe leak with new gas valve to stove , stove can’t push all the back to wall due to orig installation
Customer had an appliance company out the day before they could not complete the install of a new refrigerator due to not having a shut off behind the refrigerator. Installed a needle valve on existing quarter inch soft copper line coming through the floor. Tested work to ensure proper function, and no leaks. Existing refrigerator is unplugged did not reconnect the refrigerator line fully to the new stop for easier install.
Customer had rocking toilet. Pulled the toilet and found a crack in the flange (picture attached). Replaced the flange with an ID gasket flange. Mounted with four points of contact and brought it up to the proper level. Seated the existing toilet properly and tested with around 10 flushes with and without paper to ensure a proper flush. Reconnected the water line and ensure no leak at base. Customer wanted to flush gas, tank styler water heater. Due to the age of the heater this isn’t recommended and replacement is necessary due to the age. Quite attached to replace.
Found vent for the gas water heater had no screws on the vent hood. The vent had become disconnected. Reinstalled vent and installed 3 screws and vent tape.
Upon arrival customer wanted main drain scoped. Informed customer we would have pull the toilet in order to run the camera. Gave customer estimate to pull and reset toilet and run the camera. Customer approved estimate. I pulled the toilet and ran the camera out 60 foot. Took a video showing the condition of the sewer line. Installed new wax ring when resetting the toilet and test the toilet with no leaks.
For this job, I worked on installing a new pressure regulator valve and new 3/4 shut off vlave 1/4 turn.
Repaired multiple hose Spicket around home.
Replace customer supplied faucet. Had wrong repair kits for frost free hose spots and will have return visit with correct repair kits.
Investigated leaking toilet to find tank completely cracked from top to bottom. Customer approved option to replace. Replaced with American standard toilet, chair, height, elongated bowl, and 12 inch rough in. Secured toilet and caulked around base and tested multiple times.
Tankless Flush and Expansion Tank Replacement
We re plumbed drains under kitchen sink . We replaced garbage disposal/basket strainer drains and installed new p trap
Ran water for minor diagnostic. Found water was coming out the back of the tub spout when the shower was engaged. Eventually I believe 5is was making its way down to the ceiling of the kitchen below. Replaced tub spout. Homeowner aware we cannot see inside wall. Told her to have us come back if the leak persists and we would credit 1/2 of today’s visit towards additional repair work. Did not see any water dripping during testing. Leak only occured previously after running the shower and waiting 10 minutes. Guest bathroom shower so not used very often.
For this job, I worked on replacing old gas line that had faulty leaking fitting.
